Euclidean geometry
The method consists of assuming a small set of intuitively appealing axioms, and then proving many other propositions (theorems) from those axioms.
TX= cutting taxes increases federal revenues.
P=peace is achieved through the complete defeat of the enemy.
N=No lasting peace has ever been negotiated.
V=successful political movements must have a unique set of basic values (beliefs)
RL=any successful political system must be based on a rule of law that is codified and followed.
R-people are inherently responsible for their lives
UR=all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
- lf=Life,
- lb=Liberty,
- ph=pursuit of Happiness.
(eg. URlf=the unalianable right to life.)
D=whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends(Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.), it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government
X=Amendment X:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
I=Amendment I:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
II=Amendment II:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
